There are small things you can do organizationally that make ALL the difference at an event. Saturday I hosted and DJd for the 2023 Dreams Come True of Jacksonville 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run. At the start of the 5k we asked the runners / walkers / rollers to line up with the most competitive at the front and those who would take their time at the back (the party people I call them). It takes a few extra minutes but…This saves traffic jams and frustration. If the competitive runners were at the back they’d be weaving in and out of the walkers and rollers.The walkers and rollers would be mad bc people would be running close to them and their kids. At your event - these small things may take a few extra minutes but are worth it.#events #eventtips #eventplanning
