What isthebest way to send my resume toyour recruiters?
Applicants submit their resume through our website atpeakperformers.org. Candidates can apply foranopen role here andifthey don’t see arole that’s aperfect fit, they can upload their resume forfuture consideration.
Can you help me find ajob ifI do not have adisability orchronic medical condition?
We consider all candidates. However, we want all applicants tobe aware thatwe give ajob preference toqualified applicants who have adisability and/orchronic medical condition. Over 75% ofour workforce has adisability orqualifying chronic medical condition.
Does Peak Performers have any remote orhybrid roles?
From time-to-time, Peak Performers gets remote roles. These vary based ontheclient andspecific job needs. Hybrid roles aremore common andwill often require acandidate togo into theoffice acouple days aweek. Inthejob description details, bythecompensation, we will list whether ajob isremote, hybrid, oron-site. Note: sometimes arole will beremote but, forlegal reasons, require acandidate tobeliving inaspecific geographic location.
I am relocating. When should I register withPeak Performers tobe considered foractive assignments?

How quickly can I start work?
This will depend onwhenwe receive ajob thatmatches your skills andwork experience. Once we get ajob, we move quickly! However, we cannot guarantee ajob forevery candidate whoisinterested inworking withus.
Do I have topay towork withPeak Performers?
Peak Performers does not charge afee toany job applicant.
How long areassignments withPeak Performers?
The length ofassignments vary according toour customers’ needs. We fill short-term andlong-term temporary andcontract assignments. We also fill temp-to-hire anddirect hire roles. When we speak withyou about anopportunity, we’ll give you anidea oftheexpected duration ofthejob. We also include project duration onour published jobs.
What ifI forgot my password andno longer have thelink tothetimecard portal?
Simply click onthe“employee timesheet” button intheupper right corner ofour homepage. This will bring you tothetimecard portal page. You can click “Forgot your Password” toreset your password.

Do I need tonotify Peak ifI am out sick orwill betaking any time off?
Yes. Intheevent thatyou areout orneed toschedule time off foradoctor’s appointment, you must notify your on-site supervisor atthejob aswell your Staffing Manager atPeak Performers. Their contact information will appear onyour “Assignment Information Sheet” provided atthestart ofyour assignment.
How often do I get paid? Andwhenwill my first payday be?
Peak Performers temporary employees arepaid onaweekly basis. Your paycheck isreceived each Friday andreflects theprevious week’s hours you worked. So: you will bepaid ontheFriday following your first week ofwork.
Can my temporary job become permanent? What can I do tomake thathappen?
The short answer is“yes.” Our temporary employees areoften hired onbyour clients. You may apply foropen positions after you start your position. Working onatemporary assignment isagreat way foranemployer toget toknow you andyour capabilities.
Is there adress code?
Though this can vary depending ontheposition, themajority ofour clients have abusiness casual dress code. Please besure thatyou aredressed appropriately forawork setting. Clothing items like flip flops, shorts, ripped jeans, t-shirts withslogans, etc., arenot appropriate intheworkplace.
What should I do when my assignment ends?
If your assignment ends andyou have not been offered employment elsewhere, please connect withyour Talent Placement Specialist andprovide anupdated resume showing your most recent work experience.
If my on-site supervisor asks me towork overtime oroffers me "comp time", can I work theovertime orcomp time?
Unless your Peak Performers’ supervisor has informed you thatyou areallowed towork overtime (asdetermined bystate law), you arenotpermitted todo so. Please alert your supervisor assoon aspossible ifasked towork overtime.
If I am injured onthejob, what do I do?
Take care ofany immediate medical needs andlet your agency supervisor know. You must also contact your Peak Performers Staffing Manager assoon aspossible (theday oftheoccurrence), so thatwe can make areport forworkers’ compensation purposes. Atthetime, you may beasked tosee our service provider foranassessment orfollow-up. Adrug test may also be required at that time.
Since employees do not typically receive PTO through Peak Performers, can I make up my hours during theweek?
Peak Performers encourages our employees toask their on-site supervisors ifthey can make up hours during theweek ifthey need tomiss any time, orifthere isaholiday orweather related closure. Many supervisors will permit this. Itisalways good toask asitalso shows them you have theinitiative toget thework done!
How do I request aduplicate W-2?

Does Peak Performers offer aretirement savings program?
Yes! Peak Performers offers a403(b) retirement savings program. This program issimilar to401(k) programs–employees may voluntarily contribute apercent oftheir paycheck; theannual maximum contribution limit is$20,500

Should I just ask forabunch ofresumes?
Resumes do not tell thewhole story. Your Peak Performers’ representative will evaluate candidates based not only ontheir resumes, butalso through their interview andinteractions withPeak Performers; their computer skills andsituational test results; andour history withthem aseither their previous orpotential employer. You can expect toreceive theresumes ofour best qualified andavailable candidates andfeel confident inour recommendations.
How long will submitted candidates stay available?
Candidates’ availability isaffected bymarket conditions, particularly bytheunemployment rate andthedemand fortheir skills. We encourage you tomake your decision asquickly aspossible before our competitive candidates find jobs elsewhere.
Who manages thetemporary employee?
When anemployee isplaced onanassignment, you will beasked toprovide us withtheir onsite supervisor’s contact information. Employees areinstructed tocontact their onsite supervisor intheevent ofabsence ortardiness, ortoarrange any time away fromtheir duties. Your organization’s dedicated point ofcontact handles corrective action ordisciplinary conversations withtheemployee, upon your request.
We arehaving aproblem withatemporary employee. What do we do?
Contact your Staffing Manager early ontodiscuss your concerns. Ifitissomething onwhichwe can counsel theemployee, we value thatopportunity. Butifyou feel thesituation isbeyond repair, Peak will end theemployee’s assignment andwork tofind you asuitable replacement asquickly aspossible.
How do timesheets work?
Avionte, our employee management software, allows foraccessible tracking andbilling information. At thebeginning ofatemporary assignment, we will ask you toconfirm who will beprimary andsecondary timesheet approvers. Timesheets need tobeapproved weekly byMonday at5 p.m. Avionte isaweb-based program thatcan beaccessed fromany location, including mobile devices, tablets, andcomputers. This digital system ensures minimal delays intheclient approval andbilling process.
How does Peak Performers bill forservices?
Once aclient electronically approves atimesheet, Peak pays theemployee andtheninitiates thecustomer billing process forthehours ontheapproved timesheet foreach employee.
